HONEY potato chili. Secret sauce 1 tablespoon Ching 2 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce Kaeng Schezwan 2-3 medium potatoes cut into fingers. 1 cup corn flour, salt and pepper to taste Oil for frying Method: finger coat each potato with corn flour, fry and set aside. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a wok. To do this, add the potatoes, Ching's Secret Sauce Schezwan and Kaeng Thai sweet chili sauce and mix well. Add salt, seasoning with salt and pepper.
